RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with ZAFT.

If your necklace arrives faulty or defective, we’re happy to replace it or provide a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Changed your mind? No worries. Simply return the necklace in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll issue you store credit so you can find the perfect piece for you.

All necklaces come with a Standard 3-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Returns must be in new, unworn condition unless the item is faulty. We reserve the right to reject returns that are worn, used, or damaged due to misuse.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For Australian customers: Return postage is to be paid via Australia Post. Standard parcel post (under 500g) typically costs around $9.70 AUD.
For international customers: You must cover the cost of international shipping using your preferred carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGES – STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Contact Us
    Email info@zaft.com.au within the applicable return window (7 days for faulty items, 14 days for change of mind).
    Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return or exchange

  • A brief description of the product’s condition (and photos if faulty)

  1. Wait for Approval
    We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to the following address:

  2. Package the Item
    Ensure the necklace is returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, tags).
    Include a note with your order number inside the parcel.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Pay for Return Shipping
    For Australian customers: Use Australia Post. Standard parcel post (under 500g) typically costs around $9.70 AUD.
    For international customers: Use your local postal service or a courier and pay the international shipping rate.
    All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    Please retain your tracking number in case the parcel is lost in transit.

  4. Processing Time
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If the product is faulty, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

  • If returned due to change of mind, we will issue store credit within 5–7 business days.
