Shipping policy

Destinations and shipping costs

ZAFT currently ships to Australia, Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. Available shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout for your address. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact info@zaft.com.au before ordering.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates start after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Jewellery and gifts other than Sunflower

Allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 4–8 business days in transit. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Sunflower jewellery gift boxes

Allow 3–4 days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–12 days in transit to Australia or 8–12 days to the United States. For other destinations or a time-sensitive gift, contact us for a current estimate before ordering.

Dispatch and tracking

ZAFT is an Australian business and orders may be dispatched from our overseas warehouses. You will receive tracking details after dispatch. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs processing, public holidays, peak periods, weather and remote locations can extend delivery times. Some remote addresses may require collection from a local depot or post office.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will help where possible, but an address may not be changeable after dispatch.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email info@zaft.com.au with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Returns

For change-of-mind returns and faulty-item support, see our Return and refund policy. Return shipping responsibilities depend on the reason for return.
